1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language
Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

2009 Macbook Pro replacement key
It came in less than a week, installed easily and works like all the others.

MacBook Pro keyboard keys
Shipping took a bit long. Key rubber cup had no adhesive and the tutorials on the site did show or give ideas on how to fix the rubber cup under the keys. Other than that the keys worked fine and installation was easy.

Great, Easy Fix!
Left Command key was broken & kept popping off with use (I use it A LOT for shortcuts) and was so annoying! Once I determined the replacement style I needed, it was easy to order and within a few days I had my replacement, popped it on, and my MacBook Pro was back in prime working order!

A perfect fit!
I ordered a delete key to repair a broken one and an 'A' and 'L' key to replace my worn ones. They all fit my 2012 Mackbook Pro perfectly!! My only regret is not purchasing an 'S' key that I noticed is starting to wear. I'll be placing another order soon!! :)

Replacement Laptop Keys
These keys look exactly like my original MacBook Pro laptop keys. These are great replacements when your key caps are starting to loose their lettering or when the keys get really shiny. Unfortunately, if you need to replace the mechanics under the key, the videos could be better produced in order to better see how to replace the rubber nub and the scissors spring. The given videos did not cover the nub and the scissors spring video does not show each keyboard type's scissor spring removal and replacement.
