Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. This includes your laptop model, key selection, layout, and shipping address.

  • Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
  • Once submitted, changes may not always be possible.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
  • Only order the exact key, hinge, or part that matches your keyboard.
Address Accuracy If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Compatibility Policy

Laptop keyboard keys are highly model-specific. Even when two keyboards look the same from the top, the hinge mechanism underneath may be different.

Please verify before ordering

  • Your keyboard layout and key shape
  • The hinge type underneath the missing key
  • That your selected product matches the product photos
Why this matters Manufacturers often use multiple keyboard suppliers for the same laptop model, so the correct replacement depends on the actual hinge under your key.

Shipping Policy
