Apple Unibody Black Macbook PRO Laptop Keys (2009-2012)

My kid broke Esc key on my MacBook Pro. I ordered it and in 2 days had new key in place. It fits perfectly. Great product,fast delivery.

Hard to get excited about a computer key--except when you're missing one and your keyboard is like a face missing a tooth. What can I say? They had the MacBook Pro command key I needed and installing it proved super painless, even for a klutz. And at this writing--it still works! So yeah, I'm all keyed up about the whole experience!

My product was delivered to Europe in under a week.

The parts fit, delivery was excellent. The instructional video leaves something to be desired as it is somewhat unclear in views of reassembly and seems to rush through the process.

So I LOVED THAT my MacBook is fixed! I would have given it 1000 stars except for one minor detail. My lapto keys are a little less matte then the other keys so it has a little slight shine to it. But that's because I have ocd issues and it beats the price apple gave me when I went in with my laptop! Thank you. So much for being there for me and every one of your customers. You guys are the best!

my number 5 key broke and I was at a loss for what to do when i needed to type number "5" or "%". You see, there was nothing in that location but the little plastic thingy. Sure the rest of the keyboard had all the keys, so this left me at a loss and i would spend countless hours pondering what to do... cut and paste a 5 or % or just go without one. At last, i found these guys. they had a solution to my problem. My time spent in search of a solution for entering a 5 or % would soon be gone. With a oversized optimism, I placed the order. Low and behold, within days a package arrived. Would my worries finally end? It looked simple enough. I watch the video... multiple times. I read the packing slip. I practiced in my sleep just exactly how to replace my missing key. Finally, the time had come for me to try replacing the broken key. With sweat accumulating on my brow. My armpit moisture rising. One move view of the video. I attempted to replace the key... and it failed. Oh, what was i to do! Like Winnie the Pooh, I tried again. And, failed. Oh, was i doomed to always be at a loss for a 5 and % key! Now, with intense focus, and the video running. Like an athlete preparing for the finals in the olympics, I set out for a third try... this time it was a success! I immediately wrote 5 friends about the success i had replacing my 5 key! It works 100% of the time. You would never know that i went 5 years with 0% use of the 5 key. Now, it works like a champ. It has a nice soft touch and pushes back with just the right amount of force. Clearly the right choice for a number 5 key. Unfortunately, i can't speak for any of the other keys.

Just needed the left "command" key - not a full keyboard replacement. Fair price, fast shipment and that solved my problem!

Wow, went straight into the laptop out of the bag. Looks exactly like the others on the keyboard. Sent from the USA to me in Australia really quickly. Brilliant service.

I was missing the letter Dd. I was able to get the replacement in a timely fashion. My mac pro is now whole again..LOL.
