1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language
Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Thanks - Worn Keys Were Driving Me Nuts!
Purchased my MacBook Pro used from a trusted source and being OCD was being driven crazy by the worn keys (my sister types with a sledgehammer apparently). Laptop Replacement Keys to the rescue!! Better than Apple
When I cleaned out my keyboard and removed all the keys my caps lock and enter key cracked so I ordered two replacement keys and they came quick and fast even though I'm on the east coast and these guys are in Cali. Very impressed by quality. You can not tell the difference that it's not an "Apple" key as it is exactly the same. Very impressed

Perfect!
I was a bit skeptical after purchasing a key off eBay only to discover the hinge didn't match and it wasn't backlight compatible (despite saying it was). Still, I heard good reviews of this site and decided to try it out. Their step by step picture guide assured I purchased the correct key and when it arrived it was extremely easy to replace! I was a bit confused on installation, but a YouTube video walked me through the process and now my E key looks good as new! You'd never be able to tell it was replaced.
