I can say that the videos on how you install the buttons are so helpful and when I received the buttons they just installed perfectly with no issues it looks genuine, clean and no yellowish color the only thing I didn’t like is the delivery time which takes a little longer than expected but you still deserve 5 stars no matter what. Recommended, trustworthy and definitely I’ll buy form you again.

This is a great service. Turned an almost usless keyboard into a full functioning one! The shipping was good, the keys came with everything you needed to do a full replacement, and they work great. Only caveat is the ones I received are a slightly different texture than the rest of the keyboard. A bit smoother, but I honestly hardly notice, so its still a 5 star service for me.

I have no idea how I lost the Z key, but it was easily replaced by replacmentlaptopkey.com. The order process asked for the model of the keyboard and that is why I felt confident that it was the right key and it was going to fit. The site also provides an installation video that includes how to install the bracket. The key was not delivered overnight, but when I got it, it snapped into place and I was back in business.

Good replacement. Just wished there were specific instructions to install the piece. I ended up breaking a small piece of mine trying to figure it out which was frustrating.
