Keys are good quality, however the color does not perfectly match up, at least not with the keys I ordered, which are a slightly lighter shade of gray. Besides that the last key I ordered was an "o" key but I received a "1" key instead for some reason.

I was able to fix my laptop key without asking for help from a computer repair shop. The computer repair shop wanted me to purchase an expensive replacement keyboard and then wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to install the keyboard. Dell wanted to charge over 400.00 for me to return it to have it fixed through them. I took a chance and ordered the replacement key. I am so happy that I decided to replace it myself. It wasn't that difficult and the key was received fairly quickly.

Wasn't sure at first, but after I got the key my worries we're gone. Exactly the same key and replacement parts for my laptop and now my keyboard is happily complete again.
