When my 'tab' key broke, I spent $45 at a local computer repair company who told me they would charge another $190 to fix my keyboard. For less than $10, replacementlaptopkeys.com sent me a new 'tab' key, which fit perfectly. They mailed it quickly, my turnaround (seriously, finger cramps from hitting a non-existant 'tab' key SUCK!!) was fast, and I loved how easy their website was to navigate. If I ever break a laptop key again, I'll know where to go first!

This replaced a broken key that failed only a couple months into owning my laptop! Instead of dealing with hours of customer support I decided to just buy it myself.
