1. Identify Hinge Clip Style

The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.

Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.

Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language

Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.

NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

I was going to replace my entire keyboard to fix a broken P key. Thank gosh I found replacement laptopkeys.com. I was able to replace my P key for a fraction of the cost and it's like having a new keyboard!

As PC gamers we all know how quickly the W, A, S and D keys can wear out. Never owned a gaming laptop until now. Always just replaced the plug and play keyboard for my tower. So when my W key went south, due to over zealous attemps at "running faster", my online search lead me here. I was a little hesitant. Some of the reviews were less than favorable. My personal experience was outstanding. My payment was processed quickly, the product arrived faster than expected and most importantly... It was the proper component for fit and function! The keys are great, there is no difference in looks compared to original ones. Hinges are a bit stiff at first and you should be very careful while mounting them. Avoid frequent disassembly of parts since they are vulnerable and easy to crack. The price is a bit high for foreign countries due to different life standards, but it's affordable since there aren't many options on the market. The only real downside is that shipping time is terrible for countries that are far away. It took more than 2 months for package to arrive to central Europe, so I was essentially using a broken keyboard during that time.
