Missing Key
Thank you to this company for having a stock of keys to replace one backlit key from a ~$100 keyboard. Call it a relationship saving KEY (LOL) My spouse learned what NOT to do when vacuuming the cat hair from her keyboard... go figure she did not want to go digging through the built-in vac bag of dirt to find the missing key. Very likely the two other parts that were part of the missing key would never have been found either. The keyboard is back in service!
