Had an issue with the letter H. Something seemed to be stuck underneath. Removed it, cleaned it out, then realized I had broken it during the removal process. Thanks to this store, I was easily able to repair it.

Received my replacement key 1 day after ordering. Yes, the key is darker than the others (which is noted in the description). I found not being able to use the left ctrl key more bothersome than the replacement being darker.

Good replacement except for color
Color of purchased key cap was black and keyboard color of keys is more of a grayish black. It's a noticeable difference but it did fix the mechanical aspect.
