Got the replacement key for my Surface Book in just a few days. The site said only black keys were available, but I added comment "grey/silver if you have any," and, sure enough I got the grey/silver key. Worked perfectly, no hassles, good service.

I ordered a left control key to be shipped to the UK. Took about 10 days to come which is expected from California, but I couldn’t find a replacement key for Microsoft surface book 2 anywhere else. Exactly right key and easy to fit.

Perfect replacement key for my Surface Book 2 and easy to install. Keep in mind that Surface Book and Surface Book 2 keys look the same but aren't compatible so buy the right one for your machine.

I had my 'K' key broken while on a business trip (we are a small company so I use my own computer). I have a Surfacebook 2. Went to the Microsoft store and they told me that they could only do a full replacement of the entire bottom of my computer... for $650 and they would keep my old computer. Just seemed ridiculous that they couldn't replace a single key with scissor piece and rubber cup. Found replacementlaptopkeys.com and ordered my new key. Came pretty quickly (I used express which doubled the order, but I needed it) and worked like a charm. There is a slightly smaller gap in the K key now so if you look close you can see that it is a tiny bit different. But overall worked great and would recommend!
