My Microsoft Surface Pro 2 keyboard broke; rather than pay $130 for a new one, I thought I'd try www.replacementlaptopkeys.com. The reviews looked good and indeed my experience was excellent. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong key so I contacted www.replacementlaptopkeys.com. They were quick in response and accommodating. Even though it was my mistake they sent me the correct part, only requiring me to pay the shipping costs. Works perfectly, and looks just like the original. Highly recommended.

Microsoft support told me I needed to replace my whole keyboard because one key broke. Instead I was able to replace just this one key, which saved me a significant amount of money! Key came with everything needed. It was easy to put it together and snap it back into place. Would definitely order again if I ever need another key replacement!

The key fits perfectly, includes the inner frame. Looks exactly the same as the original one.
Works as it should, but...

... the design is different. The letter is in the center of the key, while the rest of the keys have letters in their upper left corner. It might be the fault of regional differences. I have a rebel "K" key now :D
