1. Identify Hinge Clip Style

The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.

Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.

Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.

NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.

Keys Fit OK, Tutorial was awful

The keys generally work but are not seated in any way that is consistent with the other keys, they're kind of too low and don't have any travel, but they do work. Thanks to the abysmal tutorial I don't know if it's my own poor job at putting them in, or if I potentially ordered the wrong ones (doubtful), or something else. It works tho, average :/
I mean, they're keys.

It's just replacement keys that are nothing special but I appreciated how everything I ordered was put into a small plastic bag which makes it easier to keep track of the parts I was given that I didn't use. Usually, when I order tiny parts they're just tossed in the packaging, which makes it easy to lose them, but replacementlaptopkeys.com made it less of a hassle. My only problems were going to be that they were kind of expensive for simply being keys and that it took longer than expected to arrive, but considering it's probably not super common for people to buy replacement keys I can kind of understand their price points. Therefore, my only actual issue is the time of delivery, which isn't entirely this websites fault. All in all, I would definitely order from this site again and I recommend it above other sketchy sellers on eBay.

Timely delivery, easy to install and great price! the key i received the lettering on it seemed a tiny bit bolder than other keys.. not really an issue for me but if you have an eye for things like that, just something to note. other than that would recommend.

ReplacementLaptopKeys made it easy to double check the version I needed for my MacBook Air. Although I didn't need video tutorials, it was nice to know that they were there. Keyboard works as good as new, and I would (and did) order again!

I called Apple to get this fixed and they were going to charge me over $100 for my E key to be replaced. Then my E,D and spacebar key got jammed and needed replacing so, I ordered from here and its has been amazing! Its like I have a brand new keyboard. Easy to replace, CHEAP AS! fast delivery to Australia and no dramas. I can smash out more essays now.THANKS REPLACEMENT LAPTOPKEYS :)
