They have great customer service skills and went out of their way to help me with my needs. I really appreciate this company and would recommend them to everyone that needs keys! The spacebar key can be pricey but it's worth it considering how challenging it is for these companies to get ahold of the new apple keyboards for their latest laptops. It's a real pain in the ass so cut them some slack on the price!

... but only good. the pressing point is much softer but it totally saved me and my broken space bar.
