Awesome Service
The TLDR of this is: Dog knocked my laptop over and broke off a couple keys. When I went to make the original order, in my stress-induced panic, I ordered the right keys for the wrong model number. Realizing my mistake, I contacted support about it and after a couple emails back and forth, they sent me the correct keys for the correct model number, all over the course of a weekend. The keys arrived and fit perfectly, so now I don't have to worry about fishing them out of the bottom of the computer case when we travel anymore. Thanks guys for being awesome about the whole mix-up. 20/20 will order from again.
