ASUS ROG Strix G17 Keyboard Key Replacement 2020

I got one of my replacement keys and it clocked right into place. It is a small odd sized key on a laptop and works great. They had to back order for the wasd keys until they get more of them in for my laptop.

After G17 had gone on sale for $500 off I decided I needed to pick one up. I called everywhere in the city and finally i found a retailer that had 1 left in stock. I called the store and reserved the unit. After work i picked it up and I while using it for the first time the ESC key fell off on and would not reattach due to damage. I did not want to return the machine to the store i thought for something minor I could just get the manufacturer to send one out. Turns out that my only options were RMA the unit to Asus because of their terrible customer service they said they can't ship out a keycap. My only option was to RMA. I did a few google searches and then replacementlaptopkeys.com came up. and I thought they might as well try em out. I ordered the ESC for the 2020 G17 model even though mine was a 2021. I waited about 3 weeks (this isnt amazon so be a bit patient) and when the package showed up i opened in in anticipation. The feeling I got when the keycap replacementlaptopkeys.com had shipped me popped into place and I saw that the keycap was an exact match was utter bliss. Thank you so much for providing an such an exceptional service that not even the manufactures warranty can compare to. I will forever recommend your services.
