1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

2. Confirm Keyboard Layout and Language
Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Just like new
After carefully examining our laptop and comparing to the pictures on the website we were able to order the correct replacement key. The shipping time was very long, perhaps due to the pandemic. Once arrived, it fit perfectly and matches the other keys.

They deliver what is advertised. I need a single key for an older Dell. I ordered from here and when I installed the key, you couldn't tell the difference! Installation instructions provided are very easy to understand.

Questions before ordering, but simple, easy fix...
In my case, there were 5 different possible key caps for my laptop, all due to the use of different suppliers during manufacturing. The site tells you this and shows you how to tell the difference, but the photos need to be better lit, and that section of the page needs to appear ABOVE the ordering section, as I nearly missed these instructions altogether. Critical note: there may be more parts to each cap than the 3 supplied, so do NOT lose or discard any of the parts that may have come loose or broken. In my case, there was a thin metal bar (slightly narrower than a straight pin and about 13 CM long) that was also necessary for my oversize Shift key. Once I snapped the bar into the new key cap, the cap snapped in place easily and fits perfectly. You will pay much more for these parts than they cost, but keep in mind you are funding people who stock exactly the tiny part you need, so just pay the asking price, move on, and be happy with the result.

Installed easily and completely fixed the problem

I waited about two weeks for the new one to arrive, which felt like a long time, and after some digging around for the right instructions, I went through the steps and it was quick and easy - much easier than ordering or looking for the instructions!
