Replacement key and hinge came promptly and were the correct ones for my laptop. There were no directions but found steps online and it worked perfectly, even the delicate hinge that had broken off originally was easy to install.
still can't get key on

We received therepacement key quickly. Tried to use your tutorial from the website. still cant get the actual black letter key cap onto underneath pieces.

I ordered a replacement S key for my sons laptop. I ordered it based on the model number of the laptop. When I got it, the hing looked different from what was under the other keys. I tried it and it did not work. I contacted the company and they had me send a picture of my missing key. They were great in sending out another set that was a match and worked perfectly!
