1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Pg up key
After receiving the first time I found that it may have been an error on my part not having properly entered picture and model of laptop. I got the key but no matter what I tried it only fit upside down. Requested a new key after thoroughly describing and using photos to be sure of proper placement. I will admit for the price I should have ordered a complete new keyboard, but with their customer service being so patient and fast in redelivery I'll install this new key for now.

Even works for hp bought in europe
My laptop is an hp pavilion 15n but has a keyboard slightly different to the us version because it was bought in europe. Even thought is not the exact model, the replacement keys work perfectly

Asterisk key for HP Laptop
Replacement part was exactly as ordered and expected. The only problem was the delivery which arrived two weeks after the shipment date even though it was suppose to arrive within 3 - 5 days
