Kensington KeyFolio Pro 2 keyboard Key Replacement Bluetooth iPad 2

This product is exactly as it claims. I only needed the actual key and it easily snapped back on to my keyboard, so I was pleasantly surprised that I received additional pieces (rubber spacer and plastic attachment bracket). I've recommended this site colleagues who are also in need of keys and will use again if I need other keys.

The product provided was exactly what was ordered and arrived quicker than I expected considering it had to be posted to Australia. Most impressive was the fact that I was kept informed by email as to the progress of my order through the system.

The replacement key worked perfectly! On top of that customer service was top notch. I mistakenly ordered the wrong key and sent an email to request correct one (before I even had an order number) received a response in a few minutes that it was handled and it was.
