The quality of the key is exactly the same as the original. You would not know how to differentiate one original from another. And above all the after-sales has been great. I had a problem in the delivery by the postal company and they sent it back to me at no cost. Throughout the process, Laura's attention was magnificent.

This key replacement has worked great for my 9.7" iPad Pro logitech keyboard! I was only missing the key itself and still had the original hinge and cup in my keyboard, so installation was very easy for me - I just had to align the key and apply a bit of pressure to get it to stick in place. I'm rating four stars because there were no instructions included in the package, which I imagine would have complicated things if I needed to install all three pieces. I've been using it for 2-3 weeks not and have not had any issues so far!

The number 6 key that I received installed easily but the shift key was another matter. I called the number to request assistance and a week later I am still waiting for a reply. I guess that I will have to call them again.
