NO EXCHANGE of replacement keys

The Logitech Slim Combo keys are not the correct product for my keyboard and they refuse to provide an exchange. They taking advantage of COVID saying they want to protect their workers because COVID can stay for days on a hard surface. If that was even true all they need to do IF THEY CARED FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS is quarantine the product when it got back to them. They are just like Amazon who to this day over a year later do not give 2 day shipping and have never credited their fee but have increased it during COVID. It’s all about maximizing profits over a COVID excuse.

Shipping took a while (international), but it was to be expected. Probably got stuck in customs. The colour (black) is slightly different from the original set (which was dark blue), but it clipped in effortlessly and made my keyboard whole again, and I'm mightily pleased. It was impossible to find a replacement anywhere else. 5/5 would buy again.

Ordering the right key was easy, it arrived within a few days and worked great. None of the videos were of the actual part I ordered, however, I was able to figure out the necessary orientation, and snap the key back on. Ordering another key now.

Product worked fine. I could not find Slim Portfolio replacement keys, but my old key was OK....I only needed the mounting bracket which was broken and used a comparable size key replacement.
