I got advice from reps as to which key would fit my computer. My key came immediately. It clicked right into place and looks exactly like every other key on the board. It was a pleasure doing business with Replacement Keys!

I bought a replacement right arrow key when I accidentally dropped my Surface 2 on the floor and the key broke off. The replacement package contained all the necessary parts to replace it and more (I didn't need a new rubber cup but it came with it). Shipping service was extremely fast (2 business days). Overall, the key now functions as well as new. While they don't have a Surface key replacement video, I'm pretty sure the process is the same as for any laptop keyboard. I didn't need a video anyway as the process was fairly intuitive just by examining the parts. tl;dr Great parts, excellent service, works and looks like new.

It's kind of hard to review keys, so i'll review the company. Shipping was fast, and the product is as advertised. I received the keys I asked for, and they appear to be in great shape. I am, however, disappointed with the lack of the promised "free video installation guide". For us less "tech savvy" people, installation guides are key. This is the only con as far as i am concerned.
