Product came in with everything I needed to successfully replace. In my case I only needed the key itself, but the butterfly mechanism was also included. The key popped right back in where it belonged with attention to carefulness; It works just as it did before requiring replacement.

Delivery was perfect to Colombia. Perfect packaging and the tutorials on the website to make the replacement were optimal. The only thing is that some keys have some different clipping parts than the original so I messed up the new key because the clipping to the butterfly system was different than the original. Still, great service!

If you have to replace the entire mechanism, including the metal plate, it will not completely fix the issue but it’s better than nothing. Nevertheless, in order to keep the plate in place, I used 4 pieces of electronics double-sides tape and it seems to not wobble or detach. Without the tape, the key fits in nicely but it wobbles quite a lot and it doesn’t register key strokes at the sides.
